Where Do The Downloads Go?

Where your audio files (mp3) are downloaded depends on which web browser you are using. It also depends on your phone because different phones have different operating systems.

You can download yoga classes from SelfGrowthSeeds.com to your:

  • Computer
  • Laptop
  • Android Tablet
  • iPad
  • iPhone
  • Android smartphone
  • MP3 Player
  • Any Internet-connected device

You can then transfer the classes from device to device if you want to.

  • The first place to look for any recently downloaded file is in the Downloads folder.

  • In Safari, press Option+Command+L
  • Control-click the downloaded file
  • Choose Show in Folder
  • Select the audio file (mp3)
  • Drag it to your phone

Internet Explorer Downloads

If you’re using Internet Explorer, you may be asked where you want to store the file and in that case you can put it directly on the phone connected to your computer or laptop. If you don’t specify where to store the file, IE will put it in the most appropriate place – for audio, this is the Music folder. If you can’t find it in the Music folder, do this:

  • In Internet Explorer, click the Tools icon or press Alt-X to open that menu
  • Click View Downloads or press Ctrl-J to open the downloads
  • Select the audio file (mp3)
  • Drag it to your phone
